Brine - a gift of nature
Three indoor and outdoor pools with 33°C warm brine (rich in salt and minerals) and a very mild salt concentration of about 1.5%, a large freshwater pool, spacious relaxation areas both indoors and out, and regular aqua gymnastics courses are the perfect way to relax, unwind and recharge one’s batteries. The brine is pumped from a spring 500 metres underground and piped from Salinental valley to the thermal baths. Balneologists have found brine helpful in treating rheumatic diseases, allergies and bronchial asthma. Regular visits to the thermal baths are also an excellent preventive healthcare measure. Bathing in brine improves blood circulation and strengthens the immune system when practised regularly. The aqua fitness sessions included in the admission fee are intensive and particularly effective.
