River Nahe-Valley: Bad Kreuznach Mountain Bike Park
Where flow meets rock
The Nahe Valley is perfect for mountain biking. Rock formations allow for downhill trails. The hilly landscape with forests, meadows and mountain paths offers numerous trails in a small area. Bad Kreuznach offers an impressive variety for mountain bikers of all skill levels: official enduro trails (‘Hardt Lines’), physically demanding, scenically spectacular circular tours, and short, enjoyable laps in and around the city. The scene has long since discovered Bad Kreuznach and the Nahe Valley. However, the well-known problem is that not every trail meets the interests of nature conservation and other forest users. That is why the Bad Kreuznach Mountain Bike Association and the city have created an attractive offer with the city forest. This is to be further expanded.

A dozen trails - a good choice for everyone
The mountain bike club has created 12 trails to date as a cooperation partner of the city. They make use of the scenic possibilities between the Rotenfels massif, the Haardt Forest, the Gans rock formation and the city forest between Altenbaumburg and Bad Kreuznach. The club is responsible for maintenance and is grateful for reports of damage. The club is committed to promoting considerate coexistence among all users of the forest. Some trails have been created specifically for mountain bikers. In other cases, sections of the trails are shared by hikers, walkers and various types of cyclists. This requires mutual respect and consideration.
Parken
