The resort of Bad Kreuznach has all urban amenities. Customers will find everything they need from food, textiles and shoes to electrical items and DIY stores. The town’s retail segment has an annual turnover of 400 million euros, including 153 million euros in the town centre alone.
"Mannheimer Straße" is with a length of more than two kilometres Bad Kreuznach's main shopping street. Shops with a total sales area of over 50,000 square metres meet every shopper’s needs. There is just the right balance between large chains, department stores and small, independent owner-run shops.
Bad Kreuznach with its range and diversity of shops is the retail centre for the entire region.

On Tuesdays and Fridays, farmers from the region sell their produce at the traditional farmers’ market in Kornmarkt square. This is the second-largest market in Rhenish Hesse and the Nahe region after Mainz.
Every Tuesday and Friday from 7 am to 1 pm
