Bäderhaus sauna complex

The BÄDERHAUS in Kurhausstraße was built in 1912 and was originally a new treatment centre for outpatient resort therapy with brine baths and inhalation rooms. The building’s colonnade front is a testament to the grand times of resort therapy in Kreuznach, when the town was held in high regard by aristocrats and wealthy citizens for the healing power of its brine and radon. Today, the  BÄDERHAUS houses one of Germany’s most exquisite and varied sauna complexes. It is a textile-free sauna complex, i.e. swimwear is not permitted.
