Archives and regional library

You can discover more about Bad Kreuznachs varied history in the town’s archives which are in a former gate house in the palace gardens. Writings, files and deeds dating back to the year 1247 describe the history of the town. This collection also includes drawings, maps, plans, film and sound documents as well estates of Bad Kreuznach personalities. The central library for regional science of the district of Bad Kreuznach includes the history of neighbouring regions.
