Excursions in the region

Bad Kreuznach is also known as the gate to the “mild west” – this saying shows what you can expect to see in the countryside outside the town: beautiful scenery with gentle hills, steep cliffs, many forests, idyllic valleys with streams, vineyards, picturesque villages and much evidence of the region’s turbulent past.
